3. Refunds
Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method (e.g., via Yoco, Payfast, or other providers) within 7–14 business days. The refund will include the product’s purchase price, excluding shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Shipping Costs: The standard R99 shipping fee (or free shipping for orders over R650) is non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If a product is damaged, defective, or not as described, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at our discretion.
